

Magnus Church of England Primary School, Newark
Laura will be working with the school and Blueprint:Film to develop a short film about the school's improvement over the last fews years. The young people will decide what they wish to celebrate and the film will form part of the schools positive image.
Adelaide Primary School, Hull
Emily will be working with Adelaide School to help them explore how they can bring science to life using drama and creative arts. The young people will examine how the world works through active participation, and workshops will exploring how the life cycle of a plant works!
Melior Community CollegeIn the spring term of 2010 we will be working with 200 year 8 pupils at Melior College to help them develop their skills in drama and team working. Each of them will form a part of a small production team, and with training, mentoring and access to industry professionals they will make a short production entirely on their own. Productions will explore different cultures and the use of mask, puppetry and dance in bringing performances to life.
Huntcliff School
Working with staff and pupils at Huntcliff, Shooting Fish will be exploring how drama can help bring engineering and innovation to life. Working with year 8 pupils, we are exploring new ways to examine how vital engineering and technology are in our everyday lives, and exploring ways to engage young people to learning about these through drama.
Gilshill School
Exploring the themes of friendship and compassion are the main body of the work we are undertaking with Year 2 and Year 6 pupils at Gilshill. Working alongside Blueprint:Film we will help both groups to explore what friendship means to them, and how they can build a strong ethos of friendship throughout the school by peer support and teaching.
Archbishop Sentamu Academy
Shooting Fish worked with the Academy in Hull in developing a student ambassador programme to help students promote themselves, the school and their peers. Groups were able to make short films, take part in leadership training, self awareness and peer working.
The Lindsey School and Community Arts College
Lindsey had a particular focus on using the arts to engage pupils in other areas of the curriculum. Shooting Fish provided problem solving workshops using drama to help build maths skills and encourage experiential learning.
